Kellen Brugman is a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor. Certified by White Lotus Yoga, she has been teaching yoga for 13 years. She graduated from The Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque and has studied Ayurveda with Dr. Vasant Lad for the past seven years.
Kellen has recently moved to Santa Barbara, where she offers group yoga classes and workshops about yoga and Ayurveda. She also offers private yoga sessions and in depth Ayurvedic consultations.
